Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the funding, grants and sponsors team, increasing and motivating output
- Sponsorship scouts help discover a variety of potential funders, as well as fill out and send of applications.
- Search for funding from various Christian and secular sources,
- Complete and send out grant and funding proposals from previous templates
- Update and maintain mass funding database
Commission based payment, employees receive 30% of earning received from successful bids, Head of team receives a negotiated annual bonus
