Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure everyone (staff, guests, clients) register at the reception desk
- To give a great first impression
- Sell appropriate tickets e.g. on the door, pre-booked tickets
- Be very vigilant so no one can sneak in/ not pay
- Receive appropriate lists for staff, guests, dignitaries, press and any other clients
- Be aware of taxi numbers, public transport links and hotels around the area
- Distribute accurately armband and/or any registrant validating product
