Role and Responsibilities

  • Ensure everyone (staff, guests, clients) register at the reception desk
  • To give a great first impression
  • Sell appropriate tickets e.g. on the door, pre-booked tickets
  • Be very vigilant so no one can sneak in/ not pay
  • Receive appropriate lists for staff, guests, dignitaries, press and any other clients
  • Be aware of taxi numbers, public transport links and hotels around the area
  • Distribute accurately armband and/or any registrant validating product
