Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate pulpit, mic, instrument arrangements and change over’s etc.
- Ensure running order/ schedules is up to date and communicate any relevant developments
- Enforce time management via the use of signs / screens
- Organise, inform of and implement sound checks
- Ensure ministers know their scheduled time(s) on the program and of any relevant developments
- To be highly accessible to vision director or session host and be positioned in front of house appropriately
- Co-ordinate when peace keepers and signers should be on and of stage
